Abi has it all: a nice flat with her boyfriend, a new promotion, a more adult life. But beneath the surface, cracks are beginning to show. Ethan becomes infatuated with Sam's new housemate Aaron. The trio reunite at a chaotic dinner party, which forces Abi to look closer at her seemingly perfect life.
Episode 3
Sam's moral high ground is tested at a warehouse sex party, where she invites her new hook up Tess. Abi attempts to make her boyfriend Tom jealous, whilst Ethan spends the night trying to figure out if Aaron is gay. The trio try to maintain control over their love lives, leading to impulsive decisions that could ruin everything.
Episode 4
Ethan and Abi show up to support Sam's reading of new work. But when a short film from the warehouse sex party plays, they are forced to confront how much they've changed since meeting. Meanwhile, Ethan and Aaron blur even more boundaries.

Ethan, Abi and Sam attend a funeral for an old friend from university. The funeral brings their love and loneliness to the surface. Abi reflects on her relationship with Tom, Ethan pursues Aaron and Sam wrestles with her guilt. All while their friendship hangs in the balance.
Episode 6
After personal setbacks and the world continuing to fall apart, Ethan, Abi and Sam attempt reconciliation but a chaotic housewarming party at their new flat only reveals that their messy lives are far from resolved. The fresh start begins to feel uncertain - surely it gets better than this. Right? But who needs better, when they have each other...
