S2E4 — Road to Atonement

The royal caravan travels to Tabernacle for the Day of Atonement as Saul prepares for a public confrontation with Samuel. On the road, a nearby village is attacked by the Philistines and David’s skills as a commander are put to the test. Eliab faces an impossible choice when he and Joab embark on a secret mission for the King. Samuel performs a traditional ceremony and holds his ground.
